  1. FAX your DONATION to us using a copy of your FILLED IN DONATION FORM above and SIGNED CHECK made payable to "American Eagle Foundation" in the amount of your Total Donation. FAX your FILLED IN DONATION FORM (minus credit card information) and SIGNED CHECK copy to 865-436-0723.

  3. Call in your DONATION to us using your credit card at 1-800-2EAGLES. This is a 24-hour phone number that you can use to place credit card donations and/or to become a member. This is a DONATION LINE ONLY, not our general office phone number.
